How does TeePlanet work?

TeePlanet is a platform that lets you create and sell custom clothing and other products. All you need to do is design the shirts and make the sales, then we take care of everything else! We will print, ship and receive the payments for you, then pay you the profits from each campaign as quickly as possible.


How long do orders take?

Since every order is custom-printed with high quality machines, order times can vary depending on a number of factors. In general are the products ready to ship around 7 business days after ordering. If for some reason we are experiencing higher than normal volumes, we will notify you of any potential delays as soon as possible.

We provide email confirmation the moment the order has shipped.


What kind of payments does TeePlanet accept?

We accept credit card and PayPal payments directly to our site. If you are experiencing any issues with either payment method, we recommend that you contact our team at [email protected].


Can I cancel a TeePlanet order?

Since each of our orders are completely customized, we do not offer refunds. We encourage you to ensure that all design, sizing and style information is correct before you place your order.

We may be able make some adjustments including the style of shirt or size if we are notified about the change the day the order is placed. We do everything we can to provide client satisfaction with each order.


Can I receive a refund or return an item?

If you receive your order with incorrect or flawed printing, then we will absolutely print a new one for you at no cost. We just ask that you send us a picture of the defective item, then we will print and ship you a new one as soon as we can.
